CoolFinder is a document search solution.

CoolFinder’s keyword-based search can detect and search for keywords even inside document contents.

CoolFinder performs accurate and fast searches through a two-step process: indexing and searching.

Indexing

Indexing is the process of saving metadata and text content of files that will be included in the search.

Indexing is performed automatically, and you can add folders to the indexing list.

Only indexed files can be searched. If new files are added or existing files are modified, re-indexing is required. For details, please refer to the document below. [Settings - Indexing]

Search

Search is performed based on the indexed files.

Enter a keyword in the search box to quickly retrieve related documents.
